I just got this email yesterday, and I’d like to share it with you:

Greetings from Dallas! I am a big fan of the site and have been following you guys almost from the beginning. I want to start off by thanking you for producing what is argueabley [sic] the most incredible gay erotic entertainment on the net. I’m really glad that someone has broken away from doing the same old boring traditional gay porn scenes and has come up with something that is not just new and exciting, but really hot as well.

I am SUCH a big fan of the site, in fact, that a few weeks ago I tried throwing my own “guys go crazy” party. M friend is a club owner here in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, and he said that I could use his club, free of charge, as long as he got to participate (it was sans cameras, of course) and I have to admit, it was definitely not even close to the results you get. I advertised for months in gay chat rooms, on websites, and even in the local city “fag rag”. I got lots and lots of responses, and insisted that they send me photos. Well, I wanted to try to get as many hot guys together as you do, so i had to throw a lot of them out. By the end i had about 38 guys who seemed hot and wild enough to make it work. Well, as it turned out, most of the “really hot guys” turned out to be nasty old trolls who used fake pictures just to get accepted. They were turned away at the door. By the end we ended up with about 15 guys who were the real deal and ready to party. The only thing is that 15 guys aren’t really enough to fill a big club, and everyone was too self-conscious to make a first move. I tried a few times to get things started, but everything eventually fizzled out. Needless to say , it was a HUGE disappointment, and it made me respect and admire you guys for being able to pull it off every time. I just want to know: What’s your secret?

Well, Jim, thanks a lot. If you read back to the beginning of the blog you can see how we do the parties. Most of the first group of guys were actually friends of mine who I already knew, whichI must say is VERY important. It makes the guys more relaxed an uninhibited and more willing to go crazy, since they already know the people they will be fucking. Second, it actually helps that they are on camera. They all pretty much like to put on a show and don’t want to be permanently recorded NOT looking like they are having a good time. As for the success of later parties, well, i we do pay our boys for appearing on camera, so that really helps too. Anyway, thanks again for your great email. I’ve always believed that imitation is the highest form of flattery. Don’t give up!
